Post Dean from Sedalia
Hi, like the title says, I'm living in Sedalia MO. I'm currently working on a European 58 ragtop. It's a pretty nice car. I've owned it a long time, close to 30 years. Here's two pictures of it. The pictures are dated. The first one is the day I pulled it out of my barn, and the second one is how it sits today.

Hi Dean, glad you joined up.
We met @ the swap last OCT over in K.C.
I see from the pic of your bug ,I was correct on guessing that was your flamed out s-10 that sits at the machine shop (I pass by it about every Friday while in Sedalia)

Welcome

Thanks guys. Yes that's my flamed S10. I'm driving my winter truck now, it's the white lifted Toyota 4X4. Here's a picture of both. The S10 has the thin whitewalls on it now.

You have a sweet bug. The wheels and caps really look great. Are there many vws running around sedalia?

Not many VW's of any kind here. I think I own more myself than the whole town has. I know of one Oval, and a 66 bug. I've seen a Ghia, a split bus, and another mid 60's bug, but I only saw them once. Just passing through I guess.
I'll try and get more pictures tomorrow, the sun is suppose to be out, so I plan on working in the shop all day.
