I am getting ready to heal my bus I went to school for welding but have never replace panels before trying to get some tips and advice before I start cutting I have a tig and mig welder any tips would be great thanks

clean metal welds so much easier when not rusty. other than that practice practice practice :mrgreen:

If you can get complete panels they can always be glued on with products from 3m or SEM. You can do partial panel also. With the glues. But the metal needs to have a clean good metal to bond to. We install roofs quarters and other panels this way.
