Post Need 10 lug bolts or studs for Wide 5
I need either the studs or the bolts. I am guessing the bolts will be eaisier to bolt my adapters onto the wide 5 rear discs, than trying to press in the studs. The brakes are threaded. Tried to get some from a guy on Samba but his are newer, 4 bolt, and thinks they may be too long for the wide 5.
Any ideas?
Dan

Went ahead and bought them from the guy on the Samba. If they are too long I will take a grinder to them.

You could also purchase a blank set of rotors and have them drilled to your Ford pattern and discard the adapters.

In addition, I have a bunch of lug bolts that you are welcome to if the ones you purchased don't work out. FYI - I don't think studs and nuts will work with adapters.

Yea, I got studs in the drums now. I got 4.5 inch disc pattern for the front but could not find them for the rear. So, just going to get the wide 5 and keep adapters. Was able to get rid of them on front with the Ford 4.5 pattern. Can't drill the blank ones myself.
I do appreciate you offering the bolts. If these don't work I will hollar at you.
Have not ordered the rear disc brakes yet but will in a couple of weeks. I am hearing metal on metal on passenger side. I hate drum brakes. So easy to swap pads and not worry about adjustment.
